Varun Sandesh’s next film is ready
After a disaster called Chamak Chalo, Varun Sandesh is back and this time with Hari Priya in the female lead for the film Abbai Class…Ammai Mass, which is getting ready.
The film shoots have been completed and it is likely to be released in this month itself. As the name of the film suggests, the hero will be seen as a very classy and sophisticated fellow while the heroine will be seen in a mass role.
Intinta Annamayya to release on May 31
Veteran director K Raghavendra Rao’s latest romantic entertainer with producer Yalamanchali Saibabu’s son Revant, Intinta Annamayya is getting ready for May 31 release. Producer Saibabu of Sri Ramarajyam fame is producing this flick.
Sanam Shetty and Ananya are being introduced as the lead actresses in this film. Intinta Annamayya is about how Annamayya songs are being used by current generation and the messages that they have for youth.
Jr NTR’s next is Rabhasa
It is a known fact that Jr NTR is doing a film with director Santosh of Kandireega fame and it has been titled Rabhasa. The film is being produced by Bellamkonda Suresh. Initially Ram was approached for a film with this director, it was called as Kandireega 2. Due to some difference of opinion between director and hero as well as the producer it was shelved.
Later it was announced that Jr NTR is doing Kandireega 2. But the subject was not by Jr NTR and he asked the director to come up with a totally new subject.
Aryan Rajesh to make a comeback
Son of erstwhile director EVV Satyanarayana and brother of Allari Naresh, Aryan Rajesh is trying to make a comeback into films. Though he started off his career on a great note under Suresh Productions banner with Srinu Vaitla as the director for the film Hai, he never got the due recognition. He had been in hibernation from the industry for some time and is now back to do a film.
Rajamouli to start shooting for Bahubali from June
After extensive research for the script, getting the perfect set erected to suit the story, having costumes designed for the period fantasy and training actors in different skills, the team of Bahubali is now gearing up for the real work – to start the shoots from June.
The film has Prabhas in the main role and Rana Daggubati in negative character, and is being directed by Tollywood’s hot favourite director SS Rajamouli. Anushka Shetty is playing the female lead role and it is expected that the cost of film production would touch 100 crores.
Dasari’s political satire titled Vaddi Kasula Vadu
Veteran director Dasari Narayana Rao is getting ready to come up with yet another political satire called Vaddi Kasula Vadu. The film will go to sets on May 4, birthday of Dasari. Keeping in view with the impending general election in 2014, many films with political themes are being planned and after a very long gap, Dasari is touching the political subject with this film.
Allu Arjun, Surender Reddy film from May 2
Young hero Allu Arjun is getting ready for his next flick. Even as Iddarammayilatho is in the final stages and and is set to be released in the last week of May, the hero is getting ready for his next film to be directed by Surender Reddy and the film will go to shoots from May 2.
The film is tentatively named as Boochodu and has Shruti Haasan playing the female lead opposite Bunny. Though the film was officially announced in October last year, it has taken more than six months for the project to materialize and go on to floors.
Kahaani remake named Anamika?
As already reported, Kahaani, the Hindi film which had Vidya Balan in the lead role is being remade into Telugu by Sekhar Kammula. The film will have Nayanthara playing the role of Vidya Balan.
