It looks like Puri Jagannath is leaving no stone unturned to make his next flick a success. Puri has roped in the internationally acclaimed pop and reggae singer Apache Indian sing a song in Iddarammayilatho.
This would be Apache’s first Telugu song. The song is being composed and recorded at Devi Sri Prasad’s studio. Puri and Devi have said that as the film is a musical love story, and so they thought to include to all genre of music to make it a complete album.
Allu Arjun’s romantic thriller, directed by Puri Jagannath, Iddarammayilatho is all set for summer release. Going by the reports in the industry, the film is likely to be released on May 10 and will be a special attraction of this summer. Meanwhile the film’s audio is being planned for launch on April 21
Ajith is busy these days. The actor, who is working in Vishnuvardhan's movie, has started off his next for Vijaya Productions and directed by Siruthai Siva. The movie was initiated in Hyderabad on Friday.
Tamannaah is paired opposite Ajith for the first time and the cast includes Vidhaarth, Bala, Munish and newcomer Suhail along with Santhanam, Ramesh Kanna, Appu Kutty, Nadodigal-fame Abhinaya, Nandhagi, Vidhyu Lekha, and Devadarshini.
Suriya is busy with Singam 2 and is pretty confident about the prospects of the movie directed by Hari. The actor said this was one of the better roles in his career, and also the best film in the action genre.
He is said to be pleased with the manner in which the movie has shaped up and is hopeful that the movie would click with the audiences just as Singam did some years ago.
Director Hari is shooting Singam 2 at a fast pace. Buzz is that the Malaysian schedule of the Suriya-starrer has been finished and the team has returned to Chennai.
Sources said an action sequence was shot in Malaysia and only two more songs remain to be shot as of now.
It is also said that the talkie portions of the film are completed and that it is expected to release some time in the middle of the year.
