Chiranjeevi is jealous of Ram Charan!
While Mega Star Chiranjeevi is proud of the success that his son Ram Charan Teja has achieved, he is also jealous of his son! Speaking at the trailer launch of Toofan, the Telugu version of Ram Charan’s Hindi debut film Zanjeer, the Mega Star has confessed that he is jealous of Ram Charan.

Zanjeer is Rustum in Telugu
The much talked about Bollywood debut film of Ram Charan Teja, Zanjeer is likely to be named Rustum in Telugu. Zanjeer is the remake of yesteryear’s Amitabh Bachchan’s super hit film of the same name.
Interestingly, Rustum is the name of Ram Charan’s father Chiranjeevi’s film, which was released in the earlier part of the Megastar’s career.
Zanjeer has Priyanka Chopra playing the leading lady opposite Charan. The film is progressing shoots and it is planned for release later this year.
Ram Charan decides not to do remakes of Chiranjeevi’s films
It seems Ram Charan Teja wants to come out of his father mega star Chiranjeevi’s shadow and establish himself as a hero in Tollywood. And for this, he has decided not to use any more remixes of his father’s hit songs in his upcoming movies.

Ram Charan has been using his father’s popular songs in his movies, ever since “Bangarukodipetta…” became a hit in Magadheera. He continued the same trend in his later movies believing it as the successful formula. In fact, his new flick Naayak too has a popular Chiranjeevi song “Subjaleka Rasukunna…”
