Jannat – as usual the title is as catchy as any other Mahesh Bhatt movie and the movie is also gripping as well. This is a story of a young man, who does not believe much in the legal traditions of earning money thru honesty; he rather fills his pocket with petty gambling and similar stuffs. Until one day when he discovers that his sixth sense to predict the cricket match results can earn him much more. Meanwhile he falls in love with a girl and to impress her by getting expensive gifts, he does credit card crimes, etc.

Eventually he turns from the path of being a bookie to a match fixer. What happens next is anybody’s guess. Even after having such a common plot the movie will never let u go out. The movie as any typical Emraan Hashmi movie has wonderful songs, and the story maintains that pace thru out. One cannot see any major fall out other then the missing explanation for his talent to predict results. The overall experience is good and keeps you glued to the chair till the end.
