As the sub - title of this film says, "Every child is special", i would suggest that this film itself is special and a must - watch for every parent, teacher, teen, youth and ofcourse, it's specially for all the kiddies out there!!
A fun, realistic and emotional film about children made directly from the heart and when you see it, it'll directly touch your heart, believe me!!
So, all of you out there, who still have not gone to the theatre to watch TZP yet, then go and book your seats right away!! Don't miss TZP......... It's a gem of a movie!
Now, about the actors :
Aamir Khan : As the young art teacher Ram Shankar Nikumbh, he excels as the teacher who teaches his student the art of living.
Darsheel Safary : After the hearthrob Shahid Kapur, Shiamak Davar gives us this new little talent called Darsheel who steals the show in the movie as the sweet, dreamy and extremely naughty boy with the great talent of painting, but, dislexic, Ishaan Nandkishore Awasthi.
Vipin Sharma : He excels as the extremely "khadoos" and strict father of Ishaan, Mr. Nandkishore Awasthi.
Tisca Chopra : As Ishaan's mothet, Maya Awasthi, she loves Ishaan a lot, and is very upset because of his poor performance in school and is left with no other chouce rather to send him to the boarding school.
Sachet Engineer : As Ishaan's elder brother (or dada as he fondly calls him so), Yohaan Awasthi is a very caring, sensitive brother who loves Ishaan from the mere core of his heart.

The story goes on like this :
There is a boy called Ishaan, very talented, but can't concentrate in studies. He sees every letter dancing whenever he wants to read them.... He can't understand the difference between the letter "b" and the letter "d", i.e., two opposite letters and always does the same mistake again and again. He can't remember one exact spelling of a word and.......many many more problems all together!!
But one day comes when Ishaan fails in his exams and when he tries to give an explanation of what exactly happens to him, everybody, including his parents mistake him as if he's making an excuse.....Who'll understand the plight of this child??
Then, his father finally decides to send him to a booarding school, and life suddenly takes a drastic change in Ishaan's life....
Wat happens next? Why should i tell? See it for yourself!
Taare Zameen Par - This title means little children (taare) on earth(zameen par). Children are the most priceless gift of God given to the world.
It's the responsibility of the parents and teachers of every child to take good care of these little stars who will shine in the future, after all they are the citizens of tomorrow, rather than just putting pressure on them!
In short TZP is a really well made film with some great performances, screenplay, storyline and yes, really nice direction by Aamir!
Teachers, see it for your students.
Parents, see it for your children.
And........
Children, see it for fultoo enjoyment and loads of reality!!

This is not related to the film though, but hey, it's my first review over here.....Hope you all like it and it's useful enough for you all..... But please, don't miss this film! It's truly fantastic!!
