An orphan Krishna, is raised by the kind hearted Mr Kumar and his childless wife Janaki. Their family also comprises of two stepbrothers and one stepsister Jyoti. Krishna is a domestic help and very loyal to the family. Mr Kumar has a clash of wits with Dhanraj who successfully schemes with Kumar's two brothers, and takes over the prestigious mansion and vaste business empire, leaving him virtually penniless, and devastated with the passing away of his wife. His brothers have now taken over the money, and his business. It is now upto a Krishna to set things right for Kumar's household. How can a poor servant succeed against rich and powerful individuals.  Super Star Rajesh Khanna has acted superbly
