Raj Kumar Santoshi usually makes films that convey a social message to the audience. His films like Khakee, Halla Bol and Lajja are splendid hard-hitting movies that make the viewer think. Saamna, he says, is of that kind as well.
The film deals with Godmen, and how they have commercialized their status in today's world. But that apparently is not the primary focus of the film.
We will just have to wait and watch what this film has in store for us.
