Babban (Arshad Warsi) and Khalujan (Naseeruddin Shah) are small time thieves, who have had enough of their boss, Mushtaq (Salman Shahid). Completely frustrated they steal from him and flee, only to live a life of hide and seek.
They take refuge at their friend's place. He is dead, and has left behind his young widow, Krishna (Vidya Balan). With the coming of these two thieves in her dull life, it changes for the better.
Eventually both men will get smitten by this temptress. Whom does she love though? Babban? Khalujan? Or none?
