The story of Heyy Babyy revolves around three handsome bachelors named Aroush, Al and Tanmay and a lovely girl named Esha.
Aroush is a confident, carefree man, who changes his girlfriends like his clothes. But then one day his habit of playing with different girls gets serious and now he doesn’t know how to deal with the problem.Aroush's (Akshay Kumar) works in a nightclub where he has lots of action.
Tanmay is highly in demand as Eddie Teddy, the party entertainer. Tanmay (Riteish Deshmukh) too has his part of blast playing Eddy Teddy at kiddy parties and then playing around with the mummies.
And last but not the least Ali - Al (Fardeen Khan) gambles for a living and his biggest strength is his weakness for women!Ali popularly knows as Al is a gambler. If his winning ratio with the girls is 100%, his losing ratio is equally good or bad, depending on which side he's betting on.
Esha was a lovely girl who was waiting for her dream prince and one day she finds him. She fell in love . But soon her dream of love turns into a nightmare and she turns into an angry young woman.She decides to take her revenge.
Aroush ,Tanmay and Al - are the greatest flirts in Sydney. They flirt around, sleep around and have numerous beautiful girls to their credit.
But oneday suddenly every thing turns upside down when a cute, dimpled little baby lands up on their doorstep to share their room and life.
Aroush, Tanmay and Al know a lot about women; but when it comes to babies, they're total zeroes and this tiny angel is quite a trouble. But then Angel works her charm and before long, the three bachelors get transformed into loving, caring fathers.
But beautiful Esha (Vidya Balan) has other plans. She’s known heart break once and will go to any limits to avenge that betrayal. And if her revenge means breaking the hearts of the three men who've finally discovered that they possess one - then too bad!
