Raja is an honest, tough and a brave guy.He is an educated but unemployed youth.As he has nothing to do he spends most of his time with his four friends which naturally is a matter of concern for his family members including his dadi and elder brothers Amar and Ravi . Their family is facing great financial problems due to lack of money .Moreover they needed money Ravi's pending IAS examination. Raja and his friends decide to take up a job in order to raise money for Ravi's exam. They get a job of getting rid of a tenant who had illegally settled in a house. The tenant was none other then a beautiful girl named Shalu.Raja gets her out of the house and as a result ,Shalu creates hell for him and moves into his house and life permanently. Meanwhile Raja has a clash with two villainous , powerful and influential powerbrokers, Tejpal and Nagpal .As a result of one such clashes Raja's friends and eldest brother Amar are murdered. But Amar's death appeared as an accident.On the other hand Ravi, is on the vergeof being the next Collector of the region. Ravi also gets married to Ritu, the daughter of Supdt. of Police Saxena which is also a part of the plan Tejpal and Nagpal.After his marriage, Ritu starts creating misunderstandings, and starts to threaten to leave the house. At first Ravi blames
Ritu, but oneday he witnesses a half-naked man coming out of the room of
his widowed sister-in-law,and realizes that it is not entirely Ritu's fault.Oneday Raja finds out that Amar was not killed in an accident but was murdered, and he sets upon to find the killers. He also knows
that his brother, Ravi, will not let him take the law into
his own hands, and will oppose him tooth and nail.Meanwhile Ravi also finds the truth about Tejpal and Nagpal.Will Ravi help Raja in his mission to avenge their brother's death or will he stop him? find out the answer in the movie "Aaj Ka Goonda Raj"
