Sanjay Dutt and Akshay Kumar will obviously be Legeneds out of the ones that you said, but the biggest Legend of all time, after Amitabh, will be Shah Rukh Khan. Amitabh and Shahrukh are the two mighty gods of Bollywood. Only one actor can not be a Legend, e.g. Rishi Kapoor, Rajendra Kumar, and Rajesh Khanna are Legends too.
