Pooja Gandhi, the famous Kannada actress who was in news lately for rejecting the role of Silk Smitha in the Kannada version of The Dirty Picture, is now all set to win the hearts of Malayali audience. The actress will mark her debut in Malayalam through the upcoming film Mad Dad.
The film is directed by Revathi R Varma who had earlier directed the Tamil film June 6. The director herself has penned the script for her maiden venture in Malayalam.
The film follows the relationship between a father and a daughter. Director-actor Lal and Nasriya Nasrin will be seen in important roles in the movie. Alex Paul composes the music.
