Treading the blazing path of his genius father, late filmmaker Padmarajan’s son Ananthapadmanabhan is debuting into Malayalam cinema. As a launch pad, he will be penning the script for Venalinte Kalaneekangal, a film by debutante director K.B. Venu.
Murali Gopi and Rima Kallingal are signed up to play the leads in this movie. Rima essays the role of Savithri, who also happens to be the mother of two. The movie would be a feel good women-centric story, which had its pooja a couple of days ago.
Ananthapadmanabhan, also a media-person, has written several short stories before his entry into the tinsel town. His short films were also critically acclaimed and received a few awards in the state festivals.
