The audio launch of Prabhu Solomon’s upcoming film Kumki will be launched in a grand function in Chennai, on July 26. Kamal Haasan would be the chief guest of the function, and will release the audio CD, while actor Suriya will receive it.
The film, produced by Thirrupathi Brothers, marks the debut of Vikram Prabhu, son of actor Prabhu and grandson of thespian Sivaji Ganeshan, as an actor. Vikram will be seen portraying the role of a mahout in the movie.
The actor, with his father Prabhu had met Kamal Haasan a few days ago, and sought his blessings.
Kumki has music by D Imman, whose work in Prabhu Solomon’s previous release Mynaa, had been hugely appreciated.
