Vishal recently injured himself while shooting for his upcoming flick, Madha Gaja Raja (MGR). The actor apparently fell and landed on his head, while shooting for a fight sequence.
Sources say he was immediately rushed to the hospital and the doctors who attended on him said there was nothing to worry. The actor’s worried family had also hurried to the hospital to check on him.
Madha Gaja Raja is being directed by Sundar C. Anjali and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, play his female leads.
