Sushmita Mukherjee is a television actress and has portrayed several character roles in Bollywood. She is mostly seen playing negative characters or funny ones.
In Karamchand, she played the role of the secretary Kitty and in Balaji Telefilms’ Kaahin Kissii Roz, she played Avantika. She is currently part of Gunwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge on SAB TV.
Mukherjee has worked in some brilliant movies like Rudaali (1993), Dillagi (1999), Golmaal (2006) and Khoya Khoya Chand (2007). Most recently she played Priyanka Chopra’s aunt in the hit Dostana (2008). Her next movie appearance will be in Tere Sang.
