Romilla Mukherjee is all set to make her debut as a director with Detective Naani (2009). She has also written the script and produced the movie.
Romilla who was into advertising and has made corporate and ad films claims that the Naani’s character was inspired by her mother Ava Mukherjee. The latter who has worked in Devdas and Ayurvedic Concepts will be acting in the movie too.
