Crowning Glory
Born on 27th August 1980, Neha Dhupia is a Sikh born in Cochin, Kerala. Her father is Pradip Dhupia, a Commander in the Indian Navy and her mother is Manpinder. She has a brother Hardeep.
Her schooling was at the Naval Public School in Cochin and later at the Army Public School in New Delhi. Her college years were spent at the Jesus and Mary College and she graduated in History.
She was five when she got a break in the TV serial Rajdhani. Fame beckoned in 2002 when she won the Miss India title and was amongst the final ten at the Miss Universe pageant.
Dhupia is dating squash player Ritwik Bhattacharya.

Dhupia was seen in Harry Baweja’s Qayamat: City Under Threat in 2003 and her bold role in Julie (2004) was drew attention and in Rakht: What If You Can See into the future she played an abused wife.
She played a double role in Sheesha (2005) and Rekha in the Ekta Kapoor directed comedy Kya Kool Hai Hum. In 2007, she acted in Delhi Heights with Jimmy Shergill. Apoorva Lakhia’s Shootout at Lokhandwala opened to great reviews. She was also a part of the successful 2008 release Singh Is Kinng. She will be seen in Kuch Love Kuch Drama in 2009.
