Jayapradha, was born as Lalitha Rani, in Rajahmundry in a middle class Padmashali family in Danavaipeta and not at all as stated in all these columns elsewhere. Her biological father is Late Ravanam Sriramulu and the mother is Late Puvvula Govindamma. Her address in Chennai is No.1, Hindi Prachara Sabha Road, Thyagarayanagar, Chennai-600017. She has her Jayapradha cine circuit, a theatre that will be soon demolished and she is constructing an excellent shopping complex there itself.
