Abhishek is the son of legendary Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan and renowned actress and Samajwadi Party MP in Rajya Sabha, Jaya Bachchan. He did his schooling at Bombay Scottish School and also went to Aiglon College in Switzerland. He then went to the United States to complete his education at Boston University. He did not finish his business degree as he chose to pursue an acting career which his father agreed to.
